      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound calls and emails to provide accurate and timely responses to healthcare professionals and patients
      - Process and document Medical Information requests in accordance with procedures
      - Identify and document adverse events and product complaints
      - Collaborate with internal teams to provide scientific support as needed
      - Perform quality control of Medical Information reports to ensure compliance with project requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Professional education or University degree in Life Science
      - 2-3 years of Medical Information experience
      - Basic understanding/knowledge in the field of pharmacovigilance
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
      - Business fluent in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing internal and external relationships at various levels
      - Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
      - Familiarity with monitoring phone calls as part of operational responsibilities
