What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess and diagnose complex product malfunctions in critical care settings
- Serve as a primary point of contact for healthcare professionals and global affiliates regarding product issues
- Advise on product specifications and assist customers with system integrations
- Document detailed call intake information in the JDE Enterprise Resource System
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide service-related financial information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital or medical setting, such as RN or anesthesia technician, with experience in ICU, CCU, or OR
- Bedside experience with APM products
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field with knowledge of the medical device industry
- Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, and speak)
