      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Demonstrate and evangelize Salesforce's Agentforce IT Service Management solutions to potential customers
      - Articulate the value and seamless integration of ITSM solutions within the broader Salesforce portfolio
      - Automate and streamline IT tasks through AI-driven processes for enhanced productivity
      - Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver consistent service experiences
      - Identify and propose innovative solutions that drive sales and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Technical expertise in IT Service Management and familiarity with CRM solutions
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
      - Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a tech or startup setting
      - Ability to think critically and challenge the status quo to drive innovative solutions
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or related role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with AI technologies and their application in IT service management
      - Familiarity with Salesforce products and platforms
      - Background in software development or technical consulting
