What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Mazda dealers with difficult vehicle inquiries, providing clear repair instructions to resolve issues
- Document and analyze vehicle data to determine root causes of concerns and close case files efficiently
- Process warranty claims and support Major Assembly authorization as needed
- Collaborate with various teams to report product concerns and improve vehicle repairs
- Participate in training sessions and seminars to enhance technical knowledge shared with dealer technicians
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on automotive diagnostic work experience
- Proficiency in using dealer/OEM diagnostic tools and service-related systems
- Ability to work within Call Center hours of operation
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or Engineering
- Experience as a Mazda technician or working in a technical Call Center
- Familiarity with Mazda service-related systems and diagnostic tools
- ASE Master Certification or Advanced Level Specialist certifications preferred
- Previous dealer experience
