What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to Mazda dealers for difficult vehicle diagnosis and repairs over the phone
- Document case files accurately and close them within 48 hours
- Analyze onboard vehicle data to determine root causes of concerns
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective resolution of technical issues
- Assist with warranty claims processing and provide guidance to dealer technicians
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree (AA/AS) in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on automotive diagnostic work experience
- Experience utilizing dealer/OEM diagnostic tools and service-related systems
- Ability to work within Call Center hours of operation
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or Engineering
- Mazda hands-on technician work experience
- Experience in a technical or customer relations Call Center environment
- ASE Master Certified or ASE Advanced Level Specialist certification preferred
- Familiarity with Mazda service-related systems and diagnostic tools
