What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit qualified candidates for specific client focus groups or interviews
- Conduct screenings to determine candidate eligibility based on client criteria
- Make cold calls as necessary for certain projects
- Perform data entry in system databases, Excel, and Google Docs
- Schedule and confirm appointments for qualified recruits for study dates set by clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must commit to a specific work schedule on a quarterly basis
- Availability for 20-25 hours per week, with flexible hours from 9 am to 9 pm
- Proficient in Google Voice, Google Chrome, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office programs
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision
- Reliable home computer with broadband internet access
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Intermediate experience with data entry in Excel and Google Docs
- Some college education preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Previous work-from-home experience preferred
- Basic troubleshooting skills for personal computer and phone equipment
