What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize your technical experience and listening skills to assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communication.
- Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems, providing expert assistance on domestic vehicle repairs.
- Participate in an initial training program designed to prepare you for effective support from your home office.
- Access continuous support and resources, including guidance from fellow consultants and approachable leaders.
- Adhere to a reliable schedule, as some queues are time-sensitive and require punctuality.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
- Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain them within six months of hire, with reimbursement).
- Valid driver's license.
- One or more years of customer service experience in roles that involve direct customer interaction.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong typing skills.
