      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, and routing
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing forecasts and activity metrics using CRM tools
      - Lead educational sessions and data reviews with eyecare professionals to promote product adoption
      - Integrate clinical evidence into practice workflows to drive consistent usage of the therapy
      - Collect and document customer feedback and insights to inform internal strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is preferred
      - Proven ability to sell cash-pay/elective therapies and discuss affordability with clients
      - Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a pharmaceutical launch environment
      - Start-up experience in a sales capacity
      - Strong comfort level with engaging practices on out-of-pocket therapies
