      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, and routing across various practices
      - Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing sales funnel and activity metrics through disciplined CRM usage
      - Conduct compliant in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns for Eyecare professionals
      - Integrate clinical evidence into practice behaviors and equip staff with tools for consistent therapy use
      - Document customer feedback and insights to refine messaging and resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented sales success; experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is a plus
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales preferred
      - Ability to discuss affordability and comfort with cash-pay/elective therapies
      - Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
