What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure the ERP system meets organizational needs
- Analyze existing business processes and map them to ERP functionalities, identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct gap analysis to propose solutions bridging the organization's requirements and ERP capabilities
- Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with business needs
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the ERP system meets user expectations before deployment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in IT or a related field
- Experience working with finance clients
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong communication skills and experience in user acceptance testing
- Proven experience with data migration and collaboration in team settings
