      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the gathering of business, functional, and technical requirements through cross-functional sessions
      - Translate business rules and requirements into user stories and process flows using tools like JIRA and Visio
      - Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) and document user instructions
      - Act as a liaison among various teams, including pharmacy, sales, and compliance, to ensure project success
      - Mentor and supervise junior Business Analysts while managing multiple concurrent projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
      - At least 3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry
      - Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology strongly desired
      - Proven experience in collecting and defining business requirements and conducting testing
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Project, Word, Excel, and Visio

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Healthcare or Patient Services
      - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems
