      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide executive leadership to the Consultant Relations team, setting direction and establishing goals
      - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key benefits consultants and brokers
      - Lead cross-functional collaboration to align consultant engagement strategies with market needs
      - Create and execute an engagement model that enhances partner activation and market visibility
      - Negotiate agreements with consulting firms to drive preference and revenue growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in customer-facing roles
      - Proven national relationships with thought leaders and influencers at key consulting firms
      - Deep understanding of market expectations in relevant product categories
      - Experience managing relationships in multi-year contract cycles and complex negotiations
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Track record of success in forging productive relationships within the healthcare consulting community
      - Experience leading meetings and developing content for broad circulation
      - Advanced degree preferred
