      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive revenue and profit growth by executing best-in-class sales strategies with the top Coke bottler
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement regional business plans
      - Influence executive leadership on strategic matters to maximize brand productivity
      - Coach and develop a team of sales and marketing associates to achieve regional goals
      - Monitor and track performance metrics, providing insights to improve execution and results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
      - Minimum of 10+ years of direct sales and management experience in multiple channels
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in Nielsen and other sales reporting measures
      - Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams
      - Ability to travel extensively, approximately 60% or more, by car and plane
