      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage project operations for virtual, hybrid, or in-person meetings
      - Oversee client, financial, and vendor management while maintaining compliance with corporate guidelines
      - Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful event execution
      - Create and manage event agendas, timelines, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs
      - Mentor and guide junior-level associates through the event planning and execution processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the meetings industry, specifically in operations
      - Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
      - Demonstrated ability to manage large complex projects simultaneously
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office systems and experience with database management programs (Cvent preferred)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options
      - Experience working in a virtual office environment
      - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences programs, sales, and/or clinical program management (if applicable)
      - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Meeting/Conference Planning or Exhibit/Tradeshow Management (if applicable)
      - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Incentive program management (if applicable)
