What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct leadership to a team of program managers to support customer relationships
- Actively manage strategic accounts to ensure world-class customer experience
- Develop and manage a business unit budget to meet financial objectives
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize business processes
- Manage cross-functional projects to improve alignment and identify synergy opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years leading a team of large-scale program/account managers
- Project management experience with strong financial and pricing acumen
- Executive presence and ability to use Lean/six sigma methodology
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
- Ability to travel up to 20%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience in third party logistics, drug distribution, PBM, insurance, banking, or manufacturing industries
- ERP experience, with SAP strongly preferred
- Pricing/contracting/chargeback experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment
