      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Minimum of 5 years of related experience in program management
      - Direct experience in human services
      - Strong collaboration and customer service skills
      - Ability to develop proposals and manage deliverables effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of related experience in program management or similar roles
      - Familiarity with AI-powered tools for career development
      - Experience in the U.S. government or defense sectors
      - Knowledge of Medicaid and human services programs
      - Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams successfully
