What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively manage complex projects through various phases of software development (Discovery to Delivery)
- Gather requirements for smaller-scale projects and provide ongoing project status reports
- Create strategies for issue and risk mitigation while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure successful delivery of projects on budget, time, and within agreed-upon scope
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and resource allocation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a project manager or in a similar role
- At least 3 years of experience managing Agile teams in a technical environment using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of agile scrum and kanban methodologies in a technical context
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to manage competing demands and meet multiple deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the loan servicing or related financial services industry
- PMP and/or CSM Certification
- Familiarity with PPM tools like MS Project, Asana, or Wrike
- Demonstrated experience in solving business problems with technology
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to work with various organizational levels
