      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a key liaison between producers, customers, and the company to drive sales goals
      - Utilize company resources, including marketing and support teams, to achieve sales objectives
      - Continuously expand product knowledge and sales skills through training and personal development
      - Mentor teammates and share best practices to support the overall success of the sales team
      - Travel 2-3 days per week within the defined territory to meet with clients and producers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience selling employee benefits
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Must possess life and disability insurance license for the assigned territory or obtain it upon hire
      - Established broker network in the Houston market
      - Must be located in the Austin or San Antonio, TX area
