What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement ERP security strategies for S4HANA and Fiori applications
- Collaborate with application owners to support security priorities and maintain standards
- Act as a liaison between IT, audit teams, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Gather requirements and drive the creation of ERP Security Strategy documentation
- Perform configuration, build, and implementation of ERP security design across multiple landscapes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience with SAP Authorization and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management Principles (Least privilege access, RBAC, ABAC)
- Experience with configuration, build, and implementation of ERP security design in relevant applications (S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, etc.)
- Ability to travel 25-50% as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in MS Application Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of key Government requirements around DFARS/NIST
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP security architecture and role-based authorization models
- Experience with various SAP applications including BW S4/HANA, GRC, GTS, etc.
