What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Create and troubleshoot automated workflows and data processes for real-time messaging
- Develop and maintain the monthly/quarterly email content calendar in collaboration with creative and marketing teams
- Analyze email performance metrics and create detailed campaign reports for actionable insights
- Conduct thorough quality assurance on email assets before launch
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
- 5-7 years of professional hands-on email marketing experience, ideally at an agency or within a premium lifestyle brand
- Strong experience with Excel for data manipulation, charts, and pivot tables
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and responsive design
- Familiarity with Figma for email design collaboration, proofing, and QA
