What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer usage, enablement, and engagement to unlock value in the install base
- Develop and present data-driven narratives to support strategic planning and business reviews
- Lead analyses on critical business questions, including sales effectiveness and market segmentation
- Own the reporting process for key support metrics and customer health
- Collaborate with analytics engineers to build and maintain data pipelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Proven experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer health reporting within a B2B SaaS context
- Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate insights to executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decision-making among senior leaders
