What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the vision for Capital Risk and Deal Reporting systems, ensuring scalability and operational reliability
- Enable analytical and forecasting capabilities for improved funding and P&L decision-making
- Lead the development of systems for consistent, timely, and trusted reporting to capital investors
- Identify and eliminate operational fragility by automating critical workflows
- Act as a product anchor across multiple departments, driving execution through ambiguity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, preferably in finance, accounting, or capital markets
- Proven ability to lead and align diverse stakeholders across various departments
- Demonstrated ownership mentality in ambiguous environments, with a focus on delivery
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for correctness and quality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in debt capital markets is a significant plus
- Familiarity with financial logic, data models, and system design
- Proven track record of working with large data sets and driving reconciliation efforts
