      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Stay updated on technical advancements and drive system architecture and software development processes
      - Lead and mentor teams in the implementation of complex systems, fostering a culture of technical excellence
      - Collaborate with business and product teams to achieve long-term business goals
      - Participate in code reviews, operational reviews, and troubleshooting sessions to maintain high development standards
      - Provide mentorship to engineers and managers to help develop talent

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 8+ years of software engineering experience in building highly available systems
      - BS or MS in Computer Science or a related degree
      - Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Java
      - Experience with data engineering and handling large datasets
      - Proven track record of building successful software systems from inception to deployment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related area and 2 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
      - Experience with GenAI technologies such as LLMs and cloud-based AI platforms like GCP Vertex AI or Azure
      - Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
