What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for crisis contacts
- Assess for suicide risk and safety while identifying appropriate community resources
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals identified as moderate to high risk for suicide
- Participate actively in supervision, training, and team meetings
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of crisis experience preferred
- High-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a crisis intervention role or similar position
- Familiarity with community resources and service linkage
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
