      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage account strategies for mid-market customers to drive revenue growth and retention
      - Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing new sales opportunities
      - Conduct quarterly business reviews and prepare regular bill reviews with customers
      - Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
      - Collaborate with leadership to develop account management plans tailored to customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in account management or sales
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
      - Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales results
      - Strong knowledge of product offerings and pricing practices
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the media and technology industry
      - Demonstrated success in outside sales and cold calling
      - Familiarity with advanced business services such as SD-WAN and Metro Ethernet
      - Ability to engage and sell to C-level executives
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
