      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage project budgets, cost control, and quality assurance/quality control
      - Direct and oversee project execution, including staff and subcontractor supervision
      - Mentor and develop the skills of junior structural engineers
      - Contribute to structural design as a technical reviewer or advisor
      - Engage in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client networking

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) required; M.S. Degree preferred
      - PE License required; SE License in IL preferred
      - 10+ years of experience in roadway bridge design, with management experience preferred
      - Strong communication skills with experience interacting with clients and project stakeholders
      - Ability to work independently and produce comprehensive task deliverables

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with IDOT, ISTHA, and CDOT preferred
      - Familiarity with Chicagoland counties and municipalities
      - Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
      - Active participation in professional organizations related to civil engineering
