      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and programmatic support for medical student clerkships and residency programs
      - Serve as the primary liaison for medical students, residents, faculty, and leadership
      - Coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursements in compliance with institutional policies
      - Assist with research activities, graduation events, and student research programs
      - Maintain and update departmental websites and presentation materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma plus six (6) years of administrative or program coordination experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years of administrative experience
      - Proven experience in administrative support roles
      - Strong organizational and analytical skills
      - Ability to maintain compliance with state and institutional policies
      - Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with student affairs or Graduate Medical Education
      - Familiarity with compliance tracking and grant application processes
      - Background in coordinating educational activities or training programs
      - Knowledge of residency program data reporting and evaluations
      - Experience with digital content management for departmental websites
