      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support for medical student clerkships and residency programs
      - Serve as the primary liaison for medical students, residents, faculty, and leadership
      - Coordinate faculty purchasing and travel in compliance with institutional policies
      - Assist with resident research activities and student research programs
      - Maintain and update departmental websites and shared files

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma plus six (6) years of administrative or program coordination experience OR Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of administrative experience
      - Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
      - Ability to process travel arrangements and reimbursements accurately and timely
      - Strong organizational skills to support various academic and research projects
      - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between different parties
