      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct literature reviews and analyze secondary sources related to U.S. military access decisions
      - Contribute to research memos and assist with presentations
      - Supervise and train other student staff members
      - Write and run statistical programs to analyze data
      - Perform general administrative tasks under the supervision of faculty or research coordinators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous skills, training, or experience in research
      - Ability to work during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm)
