What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to financial advisors and assist clients with financial products and investment advisory services
- Handle sensitive communications and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective verbal and written communication
- Conduct substantive research for making suitable securities product recommendations
- Facilitate product-specific seminars and workshops as necessary
- Collaborate with financial representatives to assist clients with product changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Securities registration (Series 7 and 66 or Series 7, 63 and 65) and state Life, Health, and Annuities registration
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated customer service orientation/experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work
- Integrity in managing sensitive and confidential information
- Basic understanding of financial products and services offered by the employer

- Previous administrative or secretarial experience
- Experience in a financial advisory or related environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
