What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
- Perform initial triage, basic troubleshooting, and password/account resets following documented procedures
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the service desk ticketing system
- Assist and train peers and end users on application functions and IT processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and internal policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Associate degree in a technology discipline preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow standard operating procedures
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals for first-level triage
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IT support experience in a corporate environment preferred
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent entry-level certification preferred
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred
