What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner via email, phone, and chat
- Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests
- Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues for team awareness
- Identify, reproduce, and document bugs for the Engineering teams
- Contribute to team goals and share knowledge through mentorship and collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located within the greater Salt Lake City, UT area
- Passionate about customer support and its role in a successful customer-centric team
- Ability to communicate technical problems clearly and tactfully
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when addressing customer issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the FinTech industry
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a support function
- Currently hold or have recently held a Series 7 and/or 63 securities license
- Willingness to work overtime
