      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth and product adoption of incision management and wound healing solutions within a defined territory
      - Build and manage relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders to integrate solutions into surgical practice
      - Provide procedural support during surgical cases and consult on safe product usage
      - Achieve sustainable growth through strategic account planning and territory management
      - Support industry conferences and trade shows, leveraging networks for market presence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 4 years of medical sales or clinical experience, or High School Diploma/GED AND 8 years of medical sales or clinical experience
      - Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Current, valid Driver's License
      - Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment
      - Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling and consulting in an operating room environment
      - Proven experience in territory management and business planning
      - Completion of a formal sales training program
      - Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
      - Outstanding data and analytical skills
