      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between IT Teams and the Epic Team to implement and coordinate technical projects
      - Maintain current Epic certifications and complete new version training as required
      - Monitor ticket queues, ensuring clear communication with end users and timely issue resolution
      - Redirect operational requests to appropriate team leadership and manage conflicting project priorities
      - Attend strategic initiative meetings to provide subject matter expertise and guidance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Epic Certification (MyChart/Cadence)
      - 3+ years of programming and/or analytical experience with Epic
      - Must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy for remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
      - Epic certification in Reporting Workbench, Dashboards, or Slicer/Dicer
