What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Project manage all aspects of exterior jobs requested from the blueprint takeoff, ensuring timely execution
- Conduct pre-call meetings with customers regarding blueprint takeoffs
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support the total project scope
- Participate in project prioritization, preparation, and planning
- Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners for strategic alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of construction estimations and/or takeoff experience
- 1-2+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and plans
- Familiarity with Home Depot quoting and selling systems
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Demonstrated project management skills
