What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop Talend-based ETL pipelines and manage SAP-Kinaxis data synchronization
- Orchestrate end-to-end SAP data migration, validation, and automation processes
- Collaborate with global teams on SAP master data optimization and integration
- Support requirements gathering, solution testing, and deployment activities at various sites
- Ensure compliance with DoD, FDA, and GxP standards in middleware solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree with 5 years of experience in Talend ETL and SAP
- Proficiency in ERP Systems SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, and SAP R/3
- Experience with middleware and ETL tools including Talend Data Integration and REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of SAP MDG integration with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, as well as supply chain management systems
- Expertise in data migration and master data management processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SAP BW, Crystal Reports, and various reporting tools
- Experience with methodologies such as ASAP, Activate, Agile, and Waterfall
- Knowledge of additional SAP modules including Ariba, MM, PP, SD, and FICO
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with EDI transactions and third-party mobility software
