      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound calls to patients regarding medication adherence and provide one-on-one support
      - Address patient concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure patient satisfaction and program success
      - Identify clinical support needs and escalate calls to Pharmacists for timely intervention
      - Utilize software to accurately record patient interactions, call outcomes, and program enrollments
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose improvements and enhance patient-centric programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
      - 1+ year(s) of experience in retail healthcare, preferably in a high-volume call center
      - Minimum of one consecutive year of customer service experience
      - Ability to maintain a consistent, reliable, and stable internet connection
      - Residents of specific states due to regulatory compliance (Alaska, Arizona, Florida, etc.)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior call center experience
      - Previous experience working from home
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Flexibility in work schedule
