      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage overall relationships with assigned end-users to ensure satisfaction and retention
      - Provide project leadership for major customer programs
      - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver effective solutions
      - Conduct system health checks, troubleshooting, and upgrades for customer environments
      - Document best practices for deploying FireMon solutions and share insights with internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in technical project management, technical account management, or similar roles
      - Three or more years managing or architecting complex network infrastructures
      - Experience with client-server applications and Unix/Linux system administration
      - At least one active technical certification (e.g., CCNA or equivalent)

      - Proven success in customer-facing roles, particularly in implementation or support settings
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical details and customer impact
      - Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple customer needs
