What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct interviews and requirement workshops to understand business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to drive solutions that meet program objectives
- Create and maintain requirements, including Features and User Stories
- Prioritize and maintain the team backlog, ensuring readiness for Program Increment Planning
- Accept completed user stories and demonstrate outcomes to business users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or significant equivalent work experience in the healthcare domain
- Minimum of 5-7 years of strong business analysis experience
- Expert use of analysis, documentation, and presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and JIRA
- Proven problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical mindset
- Solid experience in Scrum Agile development or Scaled Agile Framework

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior healthcare experience
- Hands-on experience writing SQL Queries in the ORACLE database
- Ability to conduct Scrum Ceremonies
- Experience with systems modeling, decision trees, and data flow
- Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
