What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across product development and commercial media programs
- Translate business strategy into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment across teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Technical Project Manager in digital media, healthcare, or B2B tech environments
- Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional projects using agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies
- Expertise in creating and managing work plans, project briefs, and timelines
- Proficiency with Jira and agile planning tools, with experience across multiple product and engineering backlogs
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare media, HCP marketing, or a digital publishing environment
- Exposure to MarTech, AdTech, or experience optimization platforms
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
