What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical application support to users, addressing complex software inquiries for civil engineering projects
- Train engineers and designers on utilizing civil engineering and survey software tools effectively
- Consult with engineering firms and government organizations on software implementation
- Develop training materials and multimedia resources for user education
- Act as the primary communication link between users and the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent training and experience
- 1-5 years of experience in road, rail, and site design preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Prior experience with software such as OpenRoads Designer, InRoads, GEOPAK, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Civil3D strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Professional Engineer license
- Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
- Experience working in a home-based or hybrid work environment
