      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, write, edit, and maintain technical documentation for AI systems and applications
      - Develop user guides, system manuals, standard operating procedures, and reports
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
      - Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards for all documentation
      - Maintain version control and documentation repositories, supporting updates for system changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - U.S. Citizenship is required; ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher background investigation
      - Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in producing technical documentation for IT systems
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience documenting AI, data, or cloud-based systems
      - Familiarity with Agile development environments
      - Experience supporting federal government programs
      - Knowledge of documentation tools and content management systems
