      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve 100% of the assigned territory sales objective
      - Work closely with dealership personnel to train, advise, and support the sales of GM and/or Ford Accessories
      - Consult with dealership managers/executives to improve sales processes and profitability opportunities
      - Assist dealerships in developing customized displays, point-of-sale material, and incentive programs
      - Provide local accessory support for divisional and dealer events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience
      - 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive accessories or related industry
      - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of automotive accessory products and market trends is a plus
