      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Service and support retail distribution centers to enhance their business as a Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributor
      - Educate and train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices
      - Maintain brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels
      - Uphold the company's reputation as an industry leader in consumer experience and customer service
      - Engage in outside sales with some overnight travel required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or in the hardscape/building material industry
      - Strong work ethic and a positive "Can-Do" attitude
      - Post-secondary education; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Experience in building action plans, deciphering sales reports, and developing customer sales strategies
      - Must be able to travel and lift up to 50 lbs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events
      - Familiarity with home office-based roles requiring daily face-to-face meetings
