      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain productive relationships with distributor and retail accounts
      - Promote brand awareness and increase sales through effective customer engagement
      - Deliver training and education to distributor sales teams, retail partners, and consumers
      - Conduct store reviews regarding product pricing and distribution
      - Communicate field activity and collaborate on territory planning with the Regional Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Outside sales experience, ideally within the pet specialty industry or consumer packaged goods
      - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
      - Experience in handling objections during the sales process
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM programs
      - Flexibility to travel 50% within the territory, including overnight stays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience presenting to both large and small groups
      - Previous experience in a remote team collaboration environment
      - Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs occasionally
