      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain productive relationships with distributor and retail accounts
      - Manage territory coverage and prioritize account opportunities
      - Promote brand awareness and increase sales through effective merchandising
      - Deliver education and training to distributor sales teams and retail partners
      - Conduct in-store reviews of product pricing and distribution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Outside sales experience, ideally within the pet specialty industry or consumer packaged goods/retail
      - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
      - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM programs
      - Flexibility to travel an average of 50% within the territory, including overnights
      - Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs occasionally
