What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide dentists through the evaluation and transition of their practices, ensuring a smooth process
- Build and maintain relationships with practitioners and industry stakeholders
- Deliver customized services while maintaining a superior client experience
- Achieve established goals related to valuations and brokerage services
- Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate others about services offered
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field
- Active real estate license preferred, or the ability to obtain one within 12 months
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to manage stress and navigate complicated situations effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in the dental industry or practice transitions
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Experience in practice financing or real estate sales
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience presenting to small and large groups
