- Experienced driver – Minimum 2 years of truck driving experience; 5 years and off-highway logging experience preferred.
- Certified and capable – Valid Class 1 Driver’s License required; additional safety or mechanical certifications are an asset.
- Mechanically minded – Basic troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of truck and loader maintenance.
- Independent and adaptable – Comfortable working alone in remote areas and making decisions on the fly.
- Strong communicator – Able to coordinate effectively with field teams and report clearly to supervisors.
