      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review applications and financial requirements to assess risk acceptability in line with company guidelines
      - Manage an assigned portfolio to achieve premium, profitability, and retention goals
      - Build and maintain relationships with producers to enhance sales performance
      - Utilize underwriting tools to conduct thorough account reviews and documentation
      - Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with other underwriters for comprehensive solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of related underwriting experience
      - Strong knowledge of underwriting processes, coverages, and decision-making tools
      - Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
      - Experience in identifying customer needs and negotiating solutions
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SalesForce.com and other sales tools
      - Familiarity with a variety of industries such as Manufacturing, Financial Institutions, and Technology
      - Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving growth targets
