      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and conduct impartial investigations related to Title IX and gender-based violence matters
      - Interview involved parties and collect relevant documentation to prepare comprehensive investigative reports
      - Assess and offer supportive and protective measures for involved parties
      - Collaborate with university stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies
      - Maintain neutrality and manage highly sensitive and confidential information throughout the investigative process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and experience conducting investigations
      - Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment
      - Strong skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and interviewing
      - Exceptional critical thinking skills to navigate complex and sensitive situations
      - Strong written communication skills to produce concise and logical analytical reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctorate degree or Master's degree in a related field
      - Experience in an office of discrimination and harassment prevention or compliance
      - Professional experience conducting investigations in a university setting
      - Title IX Investigator training certification
      - Experience presenting information and concepts to groups through workshops and meetings
